1. Who we are

Phestivities operates an event-discovery and event-advertising platform at phestivities.com. By using the site you agree to these terms.

We advertise and display third-party events. We are not the organizer, promoter, venue or ticket seller of an event unless expressly stated on that listing.

2. No ticket sales in this version

Phestivities does not process event ticket purchases. Ticket and registration buttons send you to the organizer's own website or ticketing provider, where that provider's terms apply.

3. Accuracy and your responsibility to verify

Event information is supplied by organizers and can change without notice. Dates, times, prices, ages, accessibility details and locations may be incorrect, outdated or cancelled.

Always confirm details with the organizer or venue before traveling or spending money.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Listing Standards.

5. Advertiser obligations

If you publish an advertisement, you confirm you are authorized to promote that event, that your content is truthful and lawful, and that you hold the rights to any image you upload.

Free and one-time advertisements cannot be edited after publication other than status changes such as cancelled, postponed, rescheduled or sold out.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, fraudulent or illegal content
• Post invented events, fake attendance figures or fake reviews
• Scrape, resell or bulk-copy platform content without written permission
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits or the free-advertisement entitlement
• Harass other users, organizers or our staff

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee attendance, ticket sales, revenue, search ranking or event quality.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phestivities is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for losses arising from attending or being unable to attend an event.

8. Changes and contact
