Pricing

A free basic business profile and free standard event listings are always included, plus an eligible 30-day trial of Business Plus. Year 1 pricing: Business Plus $19.99 per month; Business Pro $119.99 per month; Organizer $19.99 per month; Featured Event $49; City Campaign $199; ticketing platform fee 2.49% plus payment processing. Published increases apply in Years 2 through 5 as listed on the Pricing page.

The monthly plan is not unlimited advertisements. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable tax.

Billing and renewal

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period and active listings run to their scheduled end where the plan allows.

One-time purchases do not renew. An unpurchased credit stays available until you publish.

Refunds

Advertising purchases are generally final once an advertisement publishes, because placement has been delivered. We will consider a refund when:

• You were charged twice for the same advertisement
• A platform fault prevented your advertisement from being displayed for a material part of its term
• You purchased in the last 14 days and never published the advertisement

No refund situations

We do not refund for low attendance, poor performance, an event you cancelled, a change of mind after publication, or removal caused by a policy violation.

How to request

Email info@phestivities.com with the subject "Billing" and include your organization name, the advertisement link and the reason. We respond in the order received.
