Does Phestivities sell event tickets?

No. In this version we advertise and display events. Ticket and registration buttons take you to the organizer's own website or ticketing provider.

How do I find events near me?

Use the search bar on the home page or the Discover page. You can allow location access, type a city or ZIP code, and filter by date, category, price, audience and setting.

Do I need an account to browse?

Accepted Answer

No. Browsing is open to everyone. An account lets you save events, follow organizers and manage notification preferences.

How much does advertising cost?

Accepted Answer

Every verified organization gets one free advertisement of up to 30 consecutive days. After that, a single advertisement is $20, or $30 per month covers up to 5 active advertisements with unlimited edits.

Is the free advertisement per user or per business?

Accepted Answer

Per business organization, for the lifetime of that organization. Deleting a listing or adding team members does not create a new free entitlement.

Question 6

Can I edit my advertisement after publishing?

Accepted Answer

Free and one-time advertisements lock at publication. You may always mark an event cancelled, postponed, rescheduled or sold out. Any other change requires a monthly subscription or a new advertisement.

How long does approval take?

Routine listings publish automatically once you confirm the edit rules. Listings that trip a safety or policy check are reviewed before going live.

What image formats can I upload?

JPEG, PNG and WebP. Use a clear, landscape-friendly image; text-heavy flyers are hard to read on phones.

Does paying improve my ranking?

Accepted Answer

No. Relevance is based on location and date. Featured placement, when it becomes available, is always clearly labeled and never disguised as an ordinary result.

How do refunds work?

Advertising purchases are generally final once a listing publishes. See the Advertising and Refund Policy for the specific exceptions.

A listing is wrong or the event was cancelled. What do I do?

Email info@phestivities.com with the event link and what needs correcting. We contact the organizer and can remove listings that violate our Listing Standards.

How is my location data used?

Accepted Answer

Location permission is optional and used only to sort results by distance while you browse. We do not track you continuously and we do not sell personal information.
