Our commitment to an inclusive, usable platform, and how to tell us when we fall short.
Phestivities is designed to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA where reasonably achievable. That includes keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, sufficient colour contrast, descriptive alternative text, semantic headings, labelled form fields and a skip-to-content link.
The interface is mobile-first with touch targets sized for comfortable use, and we test with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.
Organizers can mark accessibility features on their listings, such as wheelchair access. That information is supplied by organizers, so please confirm specific needs directly with the venue.
If any part of the platform is difficult to use, email info@phestivities.com with the subject "Accessibility", the page address and a short description. We treat these reports as a priority and will offer an alternative way to complete the task while we fix it.
