• Advertisement content you submit, including uploaded images
• Approximate location, only if you grant browser location permission
• Usage and performance data such as page views, saves, shares and outbound clicks
• Billing records handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers

How we use it

To show relevant events near you, operate accounts and advertisements, provide organizer analytics, prevent abuse, handle billing, and answer support requests.

Location data

Location permission is optional and used only to sort results by distance while you browse. You can decline it and search by city or ZIP code instead. We do not track your location continuously in the background.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that host the platform, process payments, or send transactional email, and when required by law.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, and you may unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time. Email info@phestivities.com and identify the request type.

Children

The platform is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed for legal and accounting purposes, and we use industry-standard safeguards. No system is perfectly secure.
